Emmanuel Terrell Teasley, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 2, 2016, in Statesville, North Carolina. Emmanuel was attending a party in the 100 block of South Lackey Street when he was shot in the head following an altercation. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m., and despite the efforts of Iredell EMS, Emmanuel was pronounced dead at the scene.
