Leon Tremaine Bradshaw, a 38-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 30, 2015, in Statesville, North Carolina. On that fateful morning, Statesville Police officers responded to a call at the 1000 block of Wilmington Avenue around 5:00 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Leon Tremaine Bradshaw lying in the doorway of a residence with a gunshot wound to his chest. Despite being transported to Iredell Memorial Hospital, Bradshaw succumbed to his injuries.
