Marcus Trevon Howard, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 23, 2015, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred near the intersection of Paint Rock Lane and Pine Barren Lane. Howard was found with gunshot wounds and was immediately taken to WakeMed, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
