Anthony Lewis Capps, a 26-year-old male from Burlington, NC, tragically passed away on February 16, 2016. According to reports, Anthony was found lying in the roadway suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident occurred on Border Street just before 2:30 AM.
