Demarius Levontae Vincent, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed in Burlington, North Carolina, on February 20, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, just before 2:00 AM, on the 500 block of Avon Avenue, near South Mebane Street. Vincent was found inside a green BMW with the driver's side window shattered. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the torso and was pronounced dead at the scene.
