Jaquan Lennel Boyd, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 30, 2021, in Burlington, North Carolina. The incident occurred just before 5 p.m. in the 100 block of James Drive. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Boyd suffering from a gunshot wound and pronounced him dead at the scene.
