Jaquan Antonio Underhill, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 17, 2016, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. On that fateful day, Jaquan was traveling in a vehicle with others along West Raleigh Boulevard when an unknown assailant opened fire on the vehicle near Kinchen Drive.
