Torrey Tinell Hill, a 39-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 5, 2019, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on Carroll Avenue, where police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found Hill and another victim, 31-year-old Kestler Rayo Bridgers, both suffering from fatal gunshot wounds. The double homicide shocked the community, and mourning family and friends gathered at the scene to pay their respects.
