David Vasquez, a 47-year-old Hispanic male, was found dead on May 7, 2016, at his home in Mount Olive, North Carolina. The Wayne County Deputies were dispatched to 271 Zion Church Road in Mount Olive in response to a report of a person being shot. Upon arrival, they discovered David Vasquez lying in the backyard with gunshot wounds. Wayne County EMS declared him dead at the scene.
