Oscar Ruben Zamudio-Rivera, a 33-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on October 24, 2021, in Mount Olive, North Carolina. The incident occurred during an argument between Zamudio-Rivera and Juan Manuel Martinez Nava. The altercation escalated when a firearm was brandished, leading to a physical confrontation. During the struggle, the gun discharged, striking Zamudio-Rivera in the head and resulting in his death.
