Jose Angel Chegue Mendoza, a 15-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on July 29, 2016, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds in an open area behind the Progressive Apostolic Church on Crews Street. Despite being rushed to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries.
