Ernest Cameron, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 23, 2019, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The incident occurred while he was sitting in his car on South Main Street at Silas Creek Parkway. Multiple shots were fired at him from a separate vehicle, resulting in his death. At the time of the shooting, a woman and a toddler were also in the car, but they were unharmed. The police have indicated that the shooting appeared to be an isolated incident.
