Everette Thomas Lynn, a 43-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 5, 2016, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Everette was found shot inside a vehicle on Independence Boulevard, near the Briar Creek exit, around 3:47 a.m. on that fateful Saturday morning.
