Deon Davis, a 33-year-old African American male, was found shot to death inside a car in west Charlotte on November 12, 2016. The incident occurred near a West Boulevard apartment complex, and police responded to a 911 call around 2 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Deon Davis with fatal gunshot wounds inside the vehicle.
