In the cold night air of January 11, 2005, Clifton Jovar Holloway, a 28-year-old Black male, was leaving the Montview Bar & Grill in Aurora, Colorado, with his girlfriend. The evening took a tragic turn when he was shot. The incident, which occurred in the city of Aurora, cut short the life of a man born on November 6, 1977.
