Dwayne Garvey, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 2, 2016, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Garvey, along with his longtime girlfriend, April Holland, was shot and killed at the America's Best Value Inn near Crabtree Valley Mall. The couple was found dead in their motel room, with Garvey having suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
