Gina Warner Williams, a 48-year-old woman from Goldsboro, North Carolina, tragically passed away on January 20, 2017. Gina, a veteran of the United States Navy and a labor and delivery surgical technician at Vidant Medical Center, was found lying on her front porch with a gunshot wound to her neck. Her husband, Billy Williams, 49, was also on the porch, administering first aid to Gina. Despite his efforts, Gina succumbed to her injuries.
