Death by Force

Fredrick Wayne McLucas, a 61-year-old African American man from Durham, NC, tragically passed away on March 11, 2017. He was found shot to death on Mathison Street near McDougald Terrace. The Durham police were called to the scene around 10:45 p.m. and discovered McLucas deceased. The investigation into his death was ongoing, and no charges had been filed at the time.
