Shanice Charlene Williams, a 26-year-old African American woman, tragically passed away on March 12, 2017, in Long View, Catawba County, North Carolina. Born on December 11, 1990, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Shanice was the daughter of Marshall C. Williams and Angela Glass.
