Justin Tyler Smith, a 19-year-old male from Newton, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on September 29, 2017. His body was discovered at his residence by a man who had come to cut the grass. The victim had been fatally shot in the head, and a bullet hole was found in the window of the home. Authorities believe that the shooting was the result of a dispute over a girl.
