Savannah Alexis Miller, a 19-year-old Caucasian female, tragically passed away on October 14, 2017, in Wilmington, North Carolina. Savannah was born on December 26, 1997, and was a resident of Rocky Point, North Carolina, at the time of her death. She was a graduate of Cape Fear Community College Adult High School Program and was known for her vibrant personality and love for life.
