Brandon Morris, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on October 28, 2017, in Laurinburg, North Carolina. The incident occurred at a party on Salem Street, where Morris was found unresponsive and gasping for air at the end of a driveway. He was transported to Scotland Memorial Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
