Felix Morales, a 35-year-old Hispanic male from Durham, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on November 29, 2017. Morales was shot outside a gas station near the Cornwallis community. Despite being rushed to Duke Hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
