Gregory Shaw Jr., a 22-year-old African American male from Durham, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on March 7, 2019. Shaw was found shot to death in a parking lot on Fayetteville Street in Durham. The incident occurred shortly after 2 p.m., and Shaw was pronounced dead at the scene. According to reports, Shaw was shot during an argument. The shooting was the second homicide in Durham within a 24-hour period.
