Justin Miller, a 23-year-old African American male, was found dead on August 12, 2018, in Charlotte, North Carolina. His grandmother discovered his body inside a residence on Farlow Road. The circumstances surrounding his death led to an investigation by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department's Homicide Unit.
