On February 2, 2006, 35-year-old Norman Gilmore was fatally shot in front of the Liquid Lounge nightclub on West Trade Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. Officers and paramedics responded to the scene at approximately 2:47 a.m., where they found Gilmore suffering from a gunshot wound.
