Torriano Devonte Joyce, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 26, 2018, in northwest Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred at approximately 1:31 a.m. on Palm Breeze Lane, a location known for its notoriety. Joyce's death was the result of a violent shooting, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department identified Joyce as the victim shortly after the incident.
