Richard Clarke, a 48-year-old male from Charlotte, NC, was shot and killed on the night of November 29, 2020. The incident occurred in the University area of Charlotte, specifically on Bustlehead Court. Clarke was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound when the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department arrived at the scene.
