In the late summer of 2017, the community of Iola, Kansas, was confronted with the unsettling disappearance of 44-year-old Dennis Ray Lushbough Jr. On August 13, 2017, Lushbough was camping with his girlfriend when an argument occurred, prompting him to leave the campsite in his van.
