William L. Howell Jr., an 81-year-old man, was last seen on March 5, 2009, at the Bel Aire Recreation Center in Bel Aire, Kansas, and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, he was 5'8" tall and weighed 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a tan jacket, a shirt, pants, and white sneakers. Howell was last seen at the Bel Aire Recreation Center in Bel Aire, Kansas on March 5, 2009. He has never been heard from again. Although Howell would sometimes go on overnight trips to see friends, he has never been gone for this long. He may associate with the Hispanic community.
