Franklin Wayne Harrod Jr., known to friends and family as "Punkie," was last seen on July 28, 1997, at his home in Rose Hill, Kansas. Franklin lived with his wife, Kelly, and their two daughters. Despite his close relationships with his children and family, he vanished without a trace. Kelly reported him missing a few days later, after he failed to show up for his first day at a new job.
