Randy Eugene Agard, 58, was last seen on April 1, 2015, in Kansas City, Kansas. Agard, who was homeless, often drifted in and out of contact with his family, making his disappearance difficult to track. His family had not heard from him since that day, and he has remained missing ever since. At the time of his disappearance, Agard was described as a 5'6" white male, weighing approximately 140 to 145 pounds, with long white hair and blue eyes.
