Michael Keith Weaver, a 22-year-old man from Kansas City, Kansas, went missing on December 4, 1982. He was last seen leaving his home, and he has not been seen or heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Michael was described as a 5'3" to 5'5" tall African American man with black hair, brown eyes, and a distinctive mustache and small beard. He was wearing a black jacket, black cap, blue jean overalls, and blue shoes.
