Kareem McLeod, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 19, 2018, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred late at night on Clanton Road, where Kareem was found suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being transported to the hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
