Jake Edward Winstead Spruiell, a 44-year-old male from Durham, North Carolina, passed away on November 19, 2018. He was born on October 31, 1974. Jake was found shot inside a vehicle on November 5, 2018, in the 500 block of Massey Avenue. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on November 19, 2018. The circumstances surrounding his death led to a police investigation.
