James William Foster, a 42-year-old man from Lexington, NC, tragically lost his life on November 10, 2018. Foster, who was residing at a home on Koontz Road in Davidson County, was shot during a domestic dispute. The Davidson County Sheriff's Office reported that the incident occurred at approximately 12:34 p.m. on that fateful Saturday.
