Damon Fard Bruce, a 45-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on February 6, 2019, in the parking lot of Atrium Health NorthEast in Concord, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 1:00 p.m. near the entrance of the emergency room. According to reports, Bruce was visiting a common acquaintance at the hospital when he got into a physical altercation with another individual, Exavier Malique Williams.
