Santa Rodena Acevedo, a 71-year-old woman from Charlotte, NC, was tragically shot and killed on April 3, 2019. The incident occurred at her residence on Newland Road, where she and her husband were found with gunshot wounds. Santa Rodena Acevedo was pronounced dead at the scene, while her husband was hospitalized with injuries.
