Madison Moore, a 28-year-old teacher from Landis, North Carolina, tragically died on June 8, 2019, after accidentally shooting herself inside a Ruby Tuesday restaurant in Kannapolis. The incident occurred when a 9mm Smith & Wesson handgun in her purse discharged, causing a gunshot wound to her abdomen. Moore was transported to Carolinas Medical Center Northeast, where she was later pronounced dead.
