Sayvor Almondre Cromartie, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2019, in Wilmington, NC. On that fateful day, Sayvor was at his grandmother's house, nursing a hurt foot from a roofing job injury. His grandmother, Janice Vaughn, had left the house to run errands, and upon her return, she found Sayvor gone.
