Oarmonz Dikal Days, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 11, 2021, in Wilmington, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the afternoon when officers from the Wilmington Police Department responded to a ShotSpotter alert at North Sixth and Nixon Street. Upon arrival, they found Days in critical condition, having been shot multiple times. He was immediately transported to New Hanover Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
