TyShaun D'Wayne Delts, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 5, 2022, in Wilmington, North Carolina. TyShaun was shot outside his grandmother's house near 11th and Chestnut streets. Despite being rushed to Novant Health NHRMC, he succumbed to his injuries.
