Eugene Williams, a 40-year-old African American man, was tragically shot and killed on July 1, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 9500 block of Feldbank Drive, about a mile from Hornets Nest Park. According to reports, Williams was driving when he was shot, and his car came to rest near Feldbank and Evanshire.
