Richard Clements, a 37-year-old man from Charlotte, NC, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2019. The incident occurred following a car crash on West Sugar Creek Road near North Tryon Street. According to reports, the crash led to an altercation between Clements and the other driver involved. During the confrontation, the other driver shot Clements, resulting in his death at the scene.
