Christopher Jason-Wayne Monger, a 27-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on October 14, 2019, in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. The incident occurred on Creekside Court, where Monger was shot in the back while in his vehicle. Despite his efforts to escape, he succumbed to his injuries at Halifax Regional Medical Center.
