Lamar McNeil, a 43-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 10, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lamar was shot and killed at the Aspen Charlotte Apartments on Wit Way Road. Emergency paramedics rushed him to the hospital, where he succumbed to his gunshot wounds. Lamar was a father and was survived by his mother, Carolyn McNeil, his spouse, Josina McNeil, and his children, Nikai, Lamar, and Berkeley.
