In the summer of 2015, the life of Randolph Griffin, a 38-year-old African American man, was tragically cut short in Detroit. On July 1st of that year, a report was filed that marked the beginning of a long and painful journey for his loved ones, as they were thrust into the harsh reality of a homicide investigation. The incident that led to Griffin's death occurred at 14975 Strathmoor in Detroit, a location that would become a somber landmark in the memories of his family and friends.
