Kelvin Demontee' Barrow, a 36-year-old male from Kinston, North Carolina, tragically passed away on August 9, 2020. He was found deceased from apparent gunshot wounds in the early hours of the morning in the 800 block of Greenmead Drive. The Kinston Police Department responded to the scene and launched an investigation into his death.
