Mark Anthony Lowery, a 41-year-old man from Pembroke, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 12, 2020. Born on October 16, 1978, in Robeson County, North Carolina, Mark was the son of the late Joseph Anthony Lowery and Ms. Rita Sampson. His untimely death occurred at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
