Matthew Womack, a 35-year-old male from Fayetteville, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 23, 2020. The incident occurred early in the morning, shortly after 6 a.m., near the intersection of Circle Court and W. Circle Court. Officers responding to a reported shooting found Matthew Womack in the street, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts to perform CPR until medical personnel arrived, Womack was pronounced dead at the scene.
